Guild Wars Prophecy/Nightfall?

So I have this problem. The elite skills I’ve unlocked and some normal skills won’t go over to my Prophecys. I don’t know why. If you don’t understand, heres a example: I’ve unlocked Renew Life and Healers Boon on Nightfall. When I make a character on Prophecys, I can’t buy or find those 2 skills that were suppose to be transferred, anywhere. Please help me out, It would be greatly appreciated.

kk well a new character is a new character meaning that you have to start from zero on that character and if you cant find those skills there are alot of skill masters that can teach you skills you just have to find the right one.
